Terms & Conditions
All food vendors are required to have proper certification or licensing for the sale and distribution of food items in New York State. This certification should be available upon request.
You will be responsible for loading & unloading your items. This is 90 minutes before & one hour after the sale. No vehicles can be in the sale area during the hours of the sale (10:00AM to 4:00PM)
You will be responsible for your own table/space and items for sale. You must provide your own table & chairs. You will be responsible for removing all trash & unsold items from the property at the end of the sale day. No Exception.
Space is limited to first paid/first served basis. We reserve the right to reject applications & to limit the number of vendors with similar items. Deadline for payments is June 15, 2018. No payments accepted after June 15th.
